eBooks and PDFs you purchase from entebook.com/shop are eligible for return and refund if we receive your request within 7 days of the date of purchase. If 7 days have been passed since purchase unfortunately we can’t refund.

If an ebook does not perform as described in our shop, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of time since the purchase.

When we grant you a refund, we’ll remove your access to the eBook or PFD and your money will be returned. To submit your refund request, please contact us here.


If your eBook or PDF becomes corrupted (doesn’t open, etc) or you require a replacement during the eligible course of use, you can download it again from your entebook.com account.

Please note that any refunds won’t be granted in cases of purchase abuse. This kind of abuse is much more evident in digital downloads such as eBook purchases.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
