Refund Policy



Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the books should be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the publisher.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than15 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you paid by credit card we will put a credit back on to your account. Or we can credit the amount to your Account which you can use for later purchase. We will issue you a cheque or do a bank transfer if you give us the required informations for doing the same.


  1. What if an item received is defective?
    Kindly give us a call and speak to our customer care representative and obtain an RMA number. (Return Merchandise Authorization)
    Return the defective item to us within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly replace it.
    Please put the RMA number on your package.
    Only packages having an RMA number are accepted.
  2. Can I return the book if I am not happy with it?
    No, because books are for reading, before buying you can read the reviews about the book by other readers and make a decision to buy or not to buy the book.
